Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically just below the armpits, holding the tape measure horizontally.
Waist: Run a tape measure across the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the tape measure horizontally.
Hip: Measure around the fullest pont at the hip, holding the tape measure horizontally.
How to measure your body

Loose vs. Regular T-shirt
A. SHOULDER FIT
The armhole seam on the regular-fitted T-shirts is placed where the shoulder ends. On the loose-fitted T-shirts, the armhole seam is dropped a few centimeters.
B. BODY WIDTH
The body width on the loose-fitted T-shirts is wider than the regular-fitted ones. The same goes for the sleeve width.

Loose vs. Regular Sweatshirt
A. SHOULDER FIT
The armhole seam on the regular-fitted sweatshirts is placed where the shoulder ends. On the loose-fitted sweatshirts, the armhole seam is dropped a few centimeters.

Loose vs. Relaxed Jeans
A. WAIST
Both the loose and relaxed-fit jeans have a mid-waist.
B. CROTCH FIT
The relaxed-fit jeans have a lower crotch than the loose-fitted jeans.
C. THIGH WIDTH
Both loose and relaxed-fit jeans have a loose thigh width, but the relaxed jeans have a few extra centimeters compared to the loose-fitted ones.
D. LEG WIDTH
The loose-fitted jeans have a tapered leg fit from the knee down, while the relaxed-fit jeans have a straight leg.
