Unfortunately we cannot process your claim directly. Your contact person is always your contractual partner at the time of purchase in case of a defect in the article. The reason for this process is that the contractual partner is the owner of the goods before you received them.
We don´t have control over the return- and claim conditions from the retail partners and therefore can not intervene in this process.
We can only handle claims if the order was placed in our online shop.
Sorona® is a partially plant-based polymer filling that we use instead of a down filling. Made from crops, Sorona®-renewably sourced fibers are lightweight, breathable, and warm – and vegan. Sorona® is at the forefront of innovation
and has been actively moving its entire company towards a smaller carbon footprint year over year.
Although not as warm as a down filling, these fills are better for activities where you are sweating and grinding, like biking to work, as they retain their insulating abilities with dampness and are still good at wicking that moisture away from your body. Another benefit of synthetic insulated coats is that they don’t require as much precious care as a down-fill jacket. You can get a bit mucky and throw it in the wash with no worries.
Find even more information about Sorona® on their own website here: https://sorona.com/
3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation is a warm yet lightweight synthetic fibre. The version we use the most, is made with 78% recycled fibres. 3M™ Thinsulate™ is specially developed to be thin, yet warm – so although the jacket doesn’t seem super padded it can still be very warm. Our jackets come with a warmth scale developed by 3M™ Thinsulate™.

Garment dye gives a vintage look and super-soft feel. And the best part; they're already
broken-in on day one, as the garments are washed before coloring.
Garment dye is a technique, not a particular type of dye. The typical method for adding color to a garment (like a sweatshirt) is through a process called piece-dying, which means the fabric roll is dyed before it's cut into a pattern and sewn together. Piece-dyeing fabric creates an even color without variation. Garment-dyeing flips the process around; the sweatshirt is sewn first, then washed in color.
Since the finished piece of clothing is washed in dye all at once, you'll see some variation where the color collects differently. This is what gives garment-dyed pieces subtle variation in color. Even in a batch of clothes that were garment-dyed together, no style is exactly alike.
Ripstop is the name of a textile fiber weave technique.
During weaving, stronger (and often thicker) reinforcement yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern. You can pot ripstop by the box pattern in the fabric.
Most people assume that this weave has something to do with stopping rips from occurring. It doesn't. What it does is stop rips from spreading once they begin. Which is why this technic is often used for tents, parachutes, kites, flags, and sports clothes. The ripstop weave technique traces back to World War II and the concern among the allies about rips ruining parachutes (especially while in use).
Products with the Evergreen tag is the Revolution basics. The full colored, basic item everyone need in their wardrobe.
All Evergreen products are consciously produced in either organic or recycled materials.
We use EcoElite Teflon coating on our outerwear to make them dirt- and water repellant,
hence making them more durable.
The Teflon EcoElite™ coating are nothing like the one you may know from frying pans back in the days. It's a bio-based and non-fluorinated stain repellent technology that repels water and water-based stains.
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It is the weight of the fabric if you take a 1x1 meter
sheet of material and weigh it in grams.
GSM helps you to understand the
heaviness and density of the fabric/filling.
WCP stands for Water Column Pressure. It is a way to measure how
waterproof a jacket is. The higher the number, the more water resistant the
fabric.
In the case of a 10K jacket (or 10,000mm), you could stack a 1 inch by 1 inch
column of water 10,000mm high before water starts to seep through to the
fabric’s other side.
A rating of up to 10K is enough to handle light to average rain for a short amount of time. Ratings between 10K and 15K can handle a moderate amount of rain for much longer. Jackets rated between 15K and 20K or higher are serious shells for heavy, intense rain over a prolonged period.
Please note that a waterproof fabric doesn't necessarily make a waterproof jacket. Achieving waterproofness requires tapered seams, a feature we seldom include due to its impact on breathability. This is why we categorize our styles as water-repellent rather than waterproof.
A flag label is a small piece of fabric featuring either our Revolution name or our torch logo. It's typically placed either at the bottom of the garment or in the side seam.
The gauge number refers to the number of needles used for knitting, within the width of 1 inch (approx. 2.5 cm). It helps you understand how dense the knitwear is. The higher the number, the denser the knit.
For example ‘7 gauge’ means that there are 7 needles within a width of 1 inch. When hand-knitting with needles, the gauge is around 5.
